RETURNS & REFUNDS

May be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they are unused, in original condition and in their original packaging with the dust bag.

Are handcrafted specifically for you and may be exchanged for another size or colour but not refunded, unless faulty. Cancellations are accepted up to 7 days after ordering, before cutting begins.

Sign in, open the order and choose Request a return — or write to care@respectbags.com. We will send a prepaid label. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of receipt.

If anything is wrong with your bag, tell us. We will repair, replace or refund — your choice — and cover all shipping.
